You will need all content to join the server

so please check before trying to join

If for some reason a track doesn't update via RF2,

Start steam first (For steam subscribed content)

If auto dowload doest work. Click on the link of the track needed

and copy to your Packages folder and restart the game.

If you're new to the game, Packages folder is here >

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\packages

(OR WHERE YOUR RF2 is installed)

This server will not be updated again for months unless

content on steam is updated.

Hey everyone,

Glad to be back racing with you guys again tonight, was great fun, but I'm rusty as F#*K !
I have a bit of a gripe though, its little disappointing to see some guys cutting the track like they're...
Unless this is allowed to go on these days at JFF ?
Wont name names, but I'm sure you guys have a better idea on who does it then I do.
I know its a fun night and all, but in my eyes people still shouldn't be cutting the track...
At least on purpose anyway...

I know I'm not the cleanest racer out there, I know I'm far from and like I said I'm really rusty atm LOL
I also expect to be pulled up if I'm doing something wrong.

Sorry for the little rant, but I've noticed it the last few times I've been in the server and its the same people every time...

Anyway hope to be back on more often

Yea it happens Corty, Im sure Wayno will agree with you. You are right though, but the boys tend to treat friday as a bit of a laugh, and that is really what it is designed for, just some drunken fun to enjoy with the lads. Some nights its rife, some nights its good. But it is always fun. Good to see you on track more often Corty, you are always welcome here.

Is there a skins pack I need to download for the RMS V8 mod? Joining the FF server got me up to date with tracks, and have the base mod, but not seeing a link anywhere for skins. I also tried joing the 'Main Game' server, thinking it would pull down a skins pack, but all I got was 'Package Unavailable'.

No skinpack needed for RF2, not all the servers are auto download, but the main game, with Woodstock Raceway will autodownload for you. The server should have been reset aaround 4.00pm eastern time. Try again Quasi, If you still got issues let me know. Cheers
